Cancellation Notice - 24 Hours or More

When booking an appointment, if for any reason you need to cancel your session; no payment will be due if 24 hours or more notice is given.

Cancellation Notice - Less Than 24 Hours

If your session is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice then full payment for the missed session will be due.  By booking your appointment you agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Cancellation Policy.


Due to the knock on effect lateness has to later appointments. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your session will need to be postponed.  Full payment for the session will still be due.

Outstanding Appointments

Please note all outstanding appointments must be taken within six months of your first hypnotherapy appointment.

Payment Policy

Full payment is due on the date of your first appointment.

Refunds are only given if therapy has not started.
